Fidelio Cruise Completes Seabourn Fleet Installation - Wednesday, November 30, 2011

The installation of state-of-the-art cruise software from Fidelio Cruise on board the Seabourn Spirit completes the IT systems upgrade across Seabourn's six-ship fleet. The six Seabourn vessels now carry a full range of the Hamburg-based firm's software, as well as the integrated MICROS® point-of-sale system.

Simplified currency handling - Monday, August 22, 2011

Recent versions of SPMS now support automatic currency conversion for postings relating to shore excursions and spa bookings made in currencies other than that used on board ship. Prices for pre-paid, pre-booked and wait-listed excursions, as well as spa bookings and other services available on board can now be automatically converted into shipboard currency from other currency denominations.

Seatrade Cruise Shipping Convention, Miami Beach Convention Centre, March 15th – 18th, 2010

 

 
The global cruise industry is once again preparing to meet for its annual summit at the Miami Beach Convention Centre and the very latest new products from Fidelio Cruise, as well as added functionality to existing systems, will be on display at the Fidelio Cruise booth at its usual location – 1801 in Hall C.

The company will be demonstrating key product lines including SPMS, FMS, MMS and Micros, but will also have a range of new products on display, including new human resource management software, Crew Management System. As always, the systems will show how latest IT developments can raise service standards on board, there by improving guest experience, whilst potentially generating more revenue for the sector’s leading operators.

Included in this year’s display will be:

Materials Management System (MMS) – enhanced version which brings a new look and extended functionality to Purchasing and Inventory management, Container and Warehouse handling, Invoicing and on-board movements ;

FC Retail POS – innovative point-of-sales application, especially designed for shipboard retail operations, fully integrated with purchasing and inventory systems allowing automatic stock deduction and full inventory monitoring in real time;

Meal Count System (MCS) – a revolution in galley and restaurant efficiency, granting enhanced service levels, improved productivity and reduced waste on board ships;

ResOnline System – automatic two-way passenger reservation data transfer between shore and ship in real-time;

• FC Mobile Gangway – mobile version of the company's SPMS Security Access Module which can be used in addition to existing Security control systems for managing both passenger and crew access to and from the ship, as well as tracking passenger and crew movements.

Full demonstrations of all our systems and modules will be conducted throughout the week in Miami.
