MICROS Integrated Points of Sale (POS)

MICROS points of sale - real-time shipboard point-of-sale system, fully integrated with Fidelio Cruise’s Onboard Card, allowing a cash-free environment for cruise guests and a constant track of all financial transactions on board. Fidelio Cruise's Ship Property Management System (SPMS) facilitates complete MICROS bill image view including the signature which is captured using special devices.

MICROS 3700 operates from a Sybase database and is ideal for smaller vessels. The system, usually located on the SPMS server, incorporates the latest functionality including touch-screen operation, multi-language and multi-currency support and customised report generation.

MICROS 9700, based on Oracle, is well-suited to larger vessels and can operate using one or two servers depending on ship size. Fully integrated with the Company's systems, menu details and bill images are available in SPMS and 9700 can be interfaced with the MMS or other inventory management software.
