Gift Card Module
Fidelio Cruise Gift Card provides a new form of pre-paid credit for cruise guests to use on board. The Gift Cards are a form of payment similar to cash, without the exposure. Benefits for cruise lines include additional revenue streams and scope to offer Gift Cards as incentives or rewards. As part of Fidelio Cruise’s continued drive to provide effective tools to the cruise industry, the Company is developing a Gift Card system whereby pre-paid credit can be purchased for cruise guests by third parties prior to, or during a cruise holiday.
Guests can then use the cards, which can be topped up at any time, in restaurants, bars and other retail outlets on board. The many benefits for cruise lines include new and additional revenue streams, extra brand loyalty and scope to offer Gift Cards to guests by way of incentives and rewards.
The FC Gift Cards will be fully integrated with other software including Micros point-of-sale system and the FC Universal Interface.
